Philippa Lennon
Philippa Lennon formed Ervanti Ltd after several years of being a self-employed management trainer. Philippa began her career in training at the Institute of Directors in London, where she organised training for company directors. Philippa has been designing and delivering training for nearly 10 years and specialises in designing training courses and programmes to meet the specific needs of her clients. She has worked with both small and large organisations, analysing their needs and finding training solutions.
Dan O'Hare
Daniel holds an MBA and PhD from Hull University in addition to a number of related qualifications.
An experienced operations’ manager with a solid track record of employment with a number of multi-national chemical companies. During an extended period, Daniel gained valuable experience in the areas of Human Resource Management, Production, Distribution, Research and Development, Quality Management, Safety Management, Management of Change and Strategic Management.
A second career in Higher Education was prompted by a redundancy situation.
During the past fifteen years, Daniel has been involved in a variety of academic activities including University lecturing, consultancy projects, directorships of two companies and freelance facilitation/ advisory roles.
His research interests continue to reside in the arena of management education and development.
Jeannie Lennon
Jeannie Lennon is the Operations Director at Ervanti Ltd. Jeannie started her career in the Civil Service where during her 10 years in management positions she also trained staff and managers in stress management and managing absence. Jeannie decided to change her career path to pursue a Masters degree in Counselling. As a BACP accredited counsellor/pyschotherapist, she worked for 22 years with both private and NHS clients. Jeannie is now excited to be running her own company where she manages the office and can use her counselling skills and stress management experience to deliver a variety of Ervanti's courses.
Malcolm Beaumont
Malcolm is an experienced trainer and assessor in management and business with substantial experience operational HRM, general management, education and coaching, assessment, project management, consultancy and management. Malcolm is the proprietor of his own training business and has delivered on Chartered Management Institute accredited programmes for a number of years. He has worked with a variety of local corporate customers from solicitors to chemical industries.
